Wyatt joined Brazos Residential as Director of Capital Markets in October 2022. His role at Brazos is to assist in arranging debt and equity, review and present potential opportunities, and create accretive capital structures via mutually beneficial capital partnerships. Prior to Brazos, Wyatt was employed as a Debt & Equity Placement Associate for Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
At JLL, Wyatt served in different roles including underwriting, consulting, and production of debt financing and equity sourcing. During his tenure at JLL, Wyatt assisted with the closing and sourcing of over $3B in debt and equity transactions, which included $1.9B in multifamily and agency loans, specifically.
Prior to JLL, Wyatt began his career as a Portfolio Manager at Bank of America in the Commercial Real Estate lending division where he managed a portfolio of over $1B secured by real estate assets from top national real estate developers and private investment firms.
Wyatt received a BBA from the University of Texas and resides in Dallas, Texas.
