Whit joined Brazos Residential as an Asset Manager in March 2025. Prior to joining Brazos, Whit worked as an Asset Manager at Gables Residential for five years where he oversaw the Dallas, Houston, Austin, Denver and Southern California markets.
Earlier at Gables, he served as a senior analyst providing modeling and reporting support for senior management and different lines of business. Prior to his time at Gables, Whit spent three years as a credit analyst for a regional bank and a financial analyst for a boutique multifamily investment firm. Whit received both this B.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from Texas Tech University.
