Thanh joined Brazos Residential as an Asset Manager in August 2024. Before joining Brazos, Thanh worked as an Asset Manager at Madera Residential, where he oversaw its DFW portfolio.

Thanh holds a B.B.A. from Texas Tech University with dual majors in Finance and Information Technology, and an M.S. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
