Taylehr Lazuick joined Brazos Residential in May 2023 as an Accounting Manager/Yardi Specialist. She has over eight years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. She began her career as a leasing consultant in Stephenville, TX. Upon graduating with her BBA from Tarleton State University in 2016, she transitioned to a property manager for over 300 units. Upon relocation back to Colorado, she worked a dual role as a Property Accountant and Process & Procedure Compliance Specialist for Monarch Investment & Management Group. She was responsible for the financial reporting of 13 properties across Louisiana and Texas.
Her onsite experience helped create a communication line between onsite teams and the accounting department. She is eager to bring this knowledge to Brazos Residential. She currently resides in Denver, Colorado.
