Osvaldo Villanueva joined Brazos in June of 2023. Prior to joining the Brazos team, Osvaldo served as the Senior Construction Manager for S2 Capital for properties throughout Texas, Florida, and North Carolina. Osvaldo managed over $10MM or 6,000 units in construction projects and his project management experience throughout the years has provided him the ability to build relationships with government entities, contractors, sub-contractors, and project stakeholders. During his time at S2 Capital, he also served as the qualifying agent for S2 Construction’s general contractor license for The State of Florida. Prior to joining the multifamily industry, Osvaldo worked in the single-family home arena taking on projects that included remodeling, restoration, and HVAC-related work.
Osvaldo received his bachelor’s in business administration concentrated in Finance at the University of Texas at Arlington in 2017. Currently, Osvaldo is a resident of Arlington, Texas. During his downtime Osvaldo enjoys playing video games, going to the gym, and watching documentaries.
