Kelly Parker joined Brazos Residential as Senior Yardi Administrator in May 2024. Kelly began their career in 2008 as a leasing agent at Greystar, earning Leasing Agent of the Year in 2010.

Transitioning into accounting and client support in 2012, Kelly managed a 13-property portfolio and received Coordinator of the Year in 2017. Certified in Microsoft Excel in 2019, Kelly most recently oversaw property management activities for Related Group/TRG Management.
