Josh joined Brazos Residential in January of 2023 as District Construction Manager. He began his construction career at a young age. While working for multiple companies, has acquired experience in everything from electrical, plumbing, and HVAC to new home construction.
He started his multi-family career over a decade ago as a maintenance technician in Rocky Mount, NC and quickly worked his way up to maintenance supervisor. His extensive construction experience helped him develop and implement renovations for his property through the years. Most recently he was a multi-site supervisor overseeing the maintenance of hundreds of units in eastern NC while still completing renovations at his original property.
Josh currently lives in Nashville, NC with his wife and two children.
