Helen Tate joined Brazos Residential in April 2022 as Office Manager/Executive Assistant. Her experience spans 30 years in both multi family and commercial real estate managerial and support roles.
She has worked in every facet of multi family operations, from on-site to corporate, acquisitions to sales, audit and compliance. She also provided long term assistance for a start up Property Management Company that grew into a portfolio of over 25 properties.
In her most recent role at Lincoln Property Company she provided support to Regional Vice President, Regional Property Managers and 30 residential properties. Helen resides in Dallas with her husband and 3 children.
