Cliff Davis joined Brazos Residential as an Acquisitions Associate in March of 2022. His role at Brazos is to assist the Managing Partners with day to day operations including underwriting potential acquisitions, arranging debt and equity, investor relations, and asset management for the company’s portfolio. Prior to Brazos, Cliff was employed as a Senior Real Estate Analyst for Berkadia Commercial Mortgage.
At Berkadia, Cliff served in different roles including underwriting, originations, and production of new Multifamily financing as well as assisting in sourcing new opportunities. Prior to Berkadia, Cliff worked as a Credit Analyst for Benchmark Bank. Cliff has a degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Dallas, Texas.
