The Hudson shares a boundary line with another Brazos Residential asset, The Hampton. Fayetteville is the fifth-largest metropolitan area in North Carolina and home to one of the largest military installations in the world, Fort Bragg.

The Hudson is located in the desirable north side of Fayetteville and is advantageously located off Ramsey Street, a major north-south thoroughfare. Brazos was able to circumvent the standard bidding process and acquire the asset off-market.
